Description
All residents to our communities must complete our application form and pay the $50 Application Fee (Non-Refundable). A $200 Holding Deposit is also charged to the primary applicant to reserve the unit while the primary resident application(s) is being processed. If the application is denied, the Holding Fee will be refunded to the primary applicant. If the application is accepted, the Holding Fee will be applied to the Security Deposit for the unit.
