Application Fee and Holding Deposit (Sole or Primary Resident)

All residents to our communities must complete our application form and pay the $50 Application Fee (Non-Refundable). A $200 Holding Deposit is also charged to the primary applicant to reserve the unit while the primary resident application(s) is being processed. If the application is denied, the Holding Fee will be refunded to the primary applicant. If the application is accepted, the Holding Fee will be applied to the Security Deposit for the unit. If for any reason you withdraw your application, your $50.00 application fee (non-refundable) and your $200.00 application deposit will be forfeited in its entirety for an apartment reservation. In accordance with our policy the First Month rent and the Security Deposit is due on or before the date of move in/occupancy.Be sure counter set to one (1). Click “Add to cart”
